Metiss AI Platform

Metiss AI is an end-to-end intelligence platform for the clean energy industry. It helps solar partners qualify leads, analyse utility bills, generate savings reports, and manage field service operations — all powered by AI.

What Metiss AI does

Solar companies face a complex funnel: a potential customer visits a website, needs to understand whether solar makes sense for their home, and — if it does — needs to be handed off to a field team for installation and ongoing service. Metiss AI automates the intelligence layer across that entire journey.

Lead Qualification Widget

An embeddable widget that captures customer address and utility data directly on a partner's website, delivering an instant savings estimate and routing qualified leads to the partner's CRM.
📄

AI Utility Bill Analysis

Customers upload a PDF or image of their utility bill. Gemini-powered extraction pulls structured monthly consumption data automatically — no manual entry required.
💡

Savings Insight Engine

Combines consumption history, roof suitability, local utility rates, and available financial products to produce a personalised solar savings report, delivered to the customer by email.
🏗️

Orion Field Service Portal

A portal for field teams to manage installation and service jobs, track job status (active, on hold, cancelled), and surface AI-generated job insights — deployed on GCP.
⚙️

Vista Configuration Portal

The partner administration interface. Configure allowed service territories, utility providers, product catalogues (panels, inverters, storage), and financial product options (lease, loan, cash).

CRM & Partner Integrations

Pushes qualified leads and savings reports directly into partner CRMs (Salesforce). Integrates with Google Maps, US Census Bureau, and property data providers for enrichment.

How it fits together

A typical Metiss AI deployment for a solar partner follows this flow:

  1. The partner embeds the Lead Widget on their website.
  2. A homeowner enters their address — Metiss geocodes it and checks service territory eligibility against the partner's Vista configuration.
  3. If in-market, the homeowner uploads their utility bill. The Utility Bill AI extracts monthly consumption.
  4. The Savings Insight Engine calculates potential savings and emails a personalised report to the homeowner.
  5. A qualified lead is pushed to the partner's CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
  6. The partner's field team picks up the job in Orion, manages the installation workflow, and uses AI insights to prioritise and track work.
Partners: Each step is configurable per partner through Vista. Supported states, utilities, products, and financial options are all controlled without code changes.
