How it fits together
A typical Metiss AI deployment for a solar partner follows this flow:
- The partner embeds the Lead Widget on their website.
- A homeowner enters their address — Metiss geocodes it and checks service territory eligibility against the partner's Vista configuration.
- If in-market, the homeowner uploads their utility bill. The Utility Bill AI extracts monthly consumption.
- The Savings Insight Engine calculates potential savings and emails a personalised report to the homeowner.
- A qualified lead is pushed to the partner's CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
- The partner's field team picks up the job in Orion, manages the installation workflow, and uses AI insights to prioritise and track work.
Partners: Each step is configurable per partner through Vista. Supported states, utilities, products, and financial options are all controlled without code changes.
